CALL FOR NOMINATIONS -- Leadership Award: Women in Manufacturing

The Women in Manufacturing Leadership award recognizes women in manufacturing that have demonstrated measured results in improving their organization. They have demonstrated strong leadership and mentoring abilities, that they demonstrated use in business, professional and community activities.

Committed to innovative approaches to achieving results, sharing of best practices and "world class" in developing solutions, the selected individual is known for their game changer way of achieving results (business or community).

General Criteria: The following criteria will be used to select the award recipient. You may select a minimum of 3 criteria to respond. Rationale addressing one or more of the award's criteria as outlined below (in 500 words or less)

• Delivered measurable business impact through their efforts

• Tackled business problems and obstacles with determination and creativity

• Applied innovative thinking to push boundaries and find new and better ways to do things (work or community)

• Personally committed to supporting their community through active participation

• Consistently demonstrated exceptional and progressive leadership

• Displayed sound financial management and acumen

• Mentored and inspired others striving for success

• Nominees represent "game changers"

Submissions: Please send all nominations to Jacqui Squires at by June 2nd. Final selection will be completed by a CME Selection Panel. The award will be presented to winner during the 2017 CME Annual Meeting Day on June 15th, 2017.

All submissions received will be published in future CME newsletters.
